On Watch, the level below Ask, a loop only notes what it would do and changes nothing, so its counts stay at zero until you move it up.

Auto mode runs loops that watch for these cases in your records: recording what comes in, getting paid, answering customers and keeping stock right. Each loop prepares the job within the limits you set and shows you what it did.
One screen shows what was recorded for you, what is prepared and what needs your approval. The rupees the loops brought in are counted from your own records. AI can make mistakes, so anything that sends, pays, signs, files or deletes waits for a person's approval.

You set the level for each loop. Each loop starts on Ask, where each step waits for your approval, and you can move it down to Watch or up to Auto.

Notes what it would have done and compares it with what your people did. It changes nothing.

Prepares the work and waits for your approval. Each loop and each AI team member starts at this level, and your changes to its drafts teach it how you work.
Auto, within limits
Prepares and records work inside the limits you set, such as amount or customer type. Anything that sends, pays, signs, files or deletes still waits for a person's approval, except payment reminders once checked and switched on. Anything outside the limits comes back to you.
Hands-off
Keeps routine work moving within your limits, without you having to give it a daily list. Anything that sends, pays, signs, files or deletes still waits for a person's approval. You can stop any AI team member, or the whole team, from the AI team screen.

- Sending messages, bills and reminders on WhatsApp from MatruOS is not live yet. Today they go by link, QR code or email, and from your own phone in one tap.
- Live bank and UPI feeds are not connected yet. Upload a bank statement and MatruOS reads it into payments for you to confirm.

What is the difference between Auto mode and Classic mode?
Both modes use the same records. Classic mode is familiar menus. Auto mode shows what was done, what needs you and what it was worth. You can switch any time.
What does Auto mode do on a new account's first day?
Each loop that can run, with its area switched on and an AI team member to run it, starts on Ask. It finds cases in your records, such as an overdue invoice or an item running low, and prepares each step for your approval. Nothing goes out without your yes. You can move a loop down to Watch, where it only notes what it would do.
Will it send messages or pay people without asking?
Each loop starts on Ask, where each step waits for your approval. Anything that sends, pays, signs, files or deletes waits for a person's approval. The one exception you can choose is payment reminders, which go out on their own once you have checked them and switched them on.
When does a step move up to Auto?
After 10 clean approvals of the same step in 30 days, MatruOS offers to prepare that step every day without being asked. It still waits for your approval before anything goes out. Three corrections or complaints move it back.
What does Auto mode cost?
Nothing extra. Most of the work runs on rules. AI steps, such as reading a photo, use your plan's monthly AI tasks. At the limit, rule work carries on and AI steps wait for you. Nothing is billed by surprise.
Can AI make mistakes in Auto mode?
Yes, AI can make mistakes. So each loop starts on Ask, you set the limits, every step is recorded, and you can stop any AI team member from the AI team screen.
