By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

- The Site describes our products and services and lets you contact us, book a call, ask our website assistant, read our resources, and sign up for or sign in to our products.

- The Site may include an AI assistant (Colony on Code Colonies sites; Muni on matruos.com). It answers by machine prediction and may be wrong, incomplete or out of date.
- Its answers are general information only. They do not bind us, form part of any contract, or amount to professional advice, a quotation or a promise of any feature or price. Only a written proposal or the terms you accept when you buy bind us.
- Do not enter personal data of others, passwords, payment details, or confidential or sensitive information into the assistant. What you type is processed as our Website privacy policy explains.
Section 4Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, designs, graphics, logos, product names, illustrations, software, and the selection and arrangement of its content, belongs to Code Colonies or its licensors and is protected by the Copyright Act 1957, the Trade Marks Act 1999 and other law. Code Colonies, MatruOS, TrustOS, AksharAI, Synerger, ShopenUp, 2good and their logos are our trade marks, whether or not registered. You may view and print pages for your own information. No other right is granted.

Section 6Exclusion of warranties

Where the Site hosts content provided by others, we act as an intermediary under section 79 of the Information Technology Act 2000. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within the times the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021 set.

We may change the Site or these terms at any time. The version on the Site when you use it applies.
Section 11Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site, are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, and you submit to that jurisdiction.
Section 12General
If any part of these terms is held invalid, the rest remains in force. A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act 2000 and need no signature.
