These are the service providers MatruOS uses to run the service and that may process personal data for MatruOS's customers. Each is bound by contract to use the data only to provide its service to MatruOS, to keep it secure, and not to use it for its own purposes or to train AI models. See the Data processing addendum, section 6.
We tell customers at least 30 days before adding or replacing a provider in the tables below.

AI tasks go only to Anthropic and Sarvam AI. MatruOS's AI router is also built to use Google (Gemini API) and DeepInfra for some everyday tasks, but neither is switched on, and neither will be used until it has been added to this list under the 30-day notice.

The business's own providers
Accounts a business connects to MatruOS itself, such as its own WhatsApp number, payment gateway, email domain, bank or marketplace accounts, are the business's own providers, chosen by it, and are not MatruOS's sub-processors.
