How this is worked out
Every figure the tool uses is listed here. Assumptions are fields in the tool, so you can change them to match your business.
- Hours today = for each task, how many a month × minutes each ÷ 60.
- Hours the AI team takes = hours today × the share you enter, set to 30% to start.
- Value = those hours × hourly cost. Hourly cost = monthly salary ÷ 208 hours (26 working days of 8 hours).
- Net value = value − the plan price − AI task top-ups beyond the plan's monthly tasks (₹249 for 500) − extra AI team members beyond the plan's own (₹199 a month each, Small and up). Each AI role the work needs counts as one AI team member. Reminders by email, link or QR are free.
