Is the AI team real, or a chatbot?
Each AI team member has a defined role, its own permissions and a record of its work. Members take on tasks, use the same actions your staff use, pass work to each other and report back in the team room.
Which AI models does the AI team use?
The AI team is made of MatruOS agents built on leading AI models from the providers named on our Sub-processors page. Each step goes to the model that suits it, and as better models arrive, the AI team moves to them without any change on your side.
Can an AI team member pay, send or delete on its own?
Anything that sends, pays, signs, files or deletes waits for a person's approval, at every level. You can choose one exception, payment reminders, which go out on their own once you have checked them and switched them on.
How does an AI team member earn more freedom?
Every AI team member starts by asking before it acts. After 10 approvals of the same kind of work in 30 days, unchanged and none refused, MatruOS offers to prepare that work every day without being asked. It still waits for your approval before anything is sent, paid, signed, filed or deleted, except payment reminders you have checked and switched on. You decide.
Does the AI team cost extra?
Every plan includes Muni, AI team members and monthly AI tasks. Rule-based checks cost nothing. Small, Medium and Large can add more members at ₹199 a month each.
Can I have a role that is not listed?
