Do both partners need a login?
It helps. Each partner gets their own login and password. Micro includes 1 login, Small 3, Medium 8 and Large 20.
Can either partner approve a purchase order?
Yes. The PO waits for approval before it is sent. Most firms agree which partner approves which kind of order.
Can we both see what a customer owes?
Yes. The customer's page shows their balance, invoices, payments and a timeline of everything on the account.
