Does MatruOS give me stock value for my balance sheet?

MatruOS shows stock on hand in quantities. For stock valuation in your accounts, work with your CA on the method that applies to your business.

Can I ask about stock on my phone?

Yes. The Ask box works on phone, tablet and laptop. Type "stock of" and the item name.

What if the godown count does not match the screen?

Usually a receipt or an invoice was not recorded. Check the item's recent goods received and invoices, and record what is missing.
