Customers and people

Every supplier in one place

One page per supplier: what is due, what is paid and what is still being checked.

FeaturesSupplier records

Details, bills, payments and balance on one page per supplier.

  1. 01What a supplier page holds
  2. 02Better supplier relationships
  3. 03One supplier, one record

What this solves

Customer, supplier and staff details live in too many places

01Today

Phone books, visiting cards, registers and spreadsheets. Duplicates multiply, staff leave with the contacts, and attendance is argued over at salary time.

02In MatruOS

MatruOS keeps one record per customer, supplier and staff member, warns before duplicates, and links each to their invoices, payments, attendance and tasks.

03What changes

Anyone with the right role finds the full history on one page, and payroll starts from attendance everyone can see.

What a supplier page holds

DetailsName, contact, address, state and GSTIN, used on every purchase order.
Purchase documentsPurchase orders, goods received and bills for the supplier, in date order.
BalanceWhat you owe the supplier now, after every bill and payment.
TimelineWhat happened with this supplier and when: orders, receipts, bills and payments.

Better supplier relationships

Suppliers who are paid on time, with a clear statement of what was paid and why, tend to offer better rates and service. Suppliers who have to chase for their money rarely do.

One supplier, one record

MatruOS warns you if a new supplier looks like one you already have. Keeping one record per supplier means one balance, and no bill paid against the wrong name.

Questions

Questions people ask

Can I see all I owe across suppliers?

Yes. Home shows the total money to pay, and each supplier's page shows their share of it.

Why does the supplier's state matter?

It decides the tax head on purchases: CGST and SGST for a supplier in your state, IGST for one in another state.

What does the supplier's timeline show?

The orders, goods received, bills and payments for that supplier, in the order they happened.
