What this solves

Purchase and stock errors tie up cash and stop production

01Today

Orders raised without approval, goods received short or rejected without a record, supplier bills paid before they are checked, and stock figures nobody trusts.

02In MatruOS

MatruOS takes each purchase from order to goods received to the supplier bill, matches the three, and keeps stock by item and godown from every movement.

03What changes

You pay only for what was ordered and received, and stock on screen matches the shelf.

What goes wrong with supplier bills

A bill entered late makes your money-to-pay figure wrong. A bill paid without a check, or entered twice, costs real money.

How MatruOS handles a bill

Against the orderRecord the bill against its purchase order, with the supplier's bill number and date.
Matched to the receiptThe bill is matched to the order and to the goods received, so quantity and rate can be checked.
Pay the supplierRecord the payment to the supplier once the bill is cleared.
Money to pay on HomeUnpaid supplier bills add up to the money-to-pay figure on Home.

Each supplier's account

Each supplier's page shows bills, payments and balance. Input tax flows into the month's GST summary.
