MatruOS for a CNG & EV charging station

Set up the way a CNG & EV charging station runs: dealer commission per kg of CNG sold for the CGD company, plus EV charging revenue (energy charge plus service fee per kWh), plus small earnings from air, a convenience counter and parking. What this solves

What a CNG & EV charging station deals with today, and what MatruOS sets up for it

01Today

Shift shortages are found days later and no one can say which attendant was short. Commission bills are paid late by the gas company and old dues are forgotten.

02In MatruOS

MatruOS sets up 10 routines, 2 workflows, 4 registers and 11 licences for a CNG & EV charging station, with an AI team that reads your own records and prepares the work.

03What changes

The right person is reminded at the right time, approvals wait for whoever decides, and every licence has a renewal reminder. Anything that sends, pays, signs, files or deletes waits for a person's approval.

Where you sit

MatruOS starts from how your business earns

Who you sell to, who you buy from, how credit moves and where you sit in the chain decide how your screens, reminders and reports are set up.

  1. Gas producer or LNG importer
  2. pipeline
  3. CGD company (mother station)
  4. dealer station or daughter booster
  5. vehicle owner; DISCOM
  6. charging station
  7. EV owner

Your customers

  • Auto-rickshaw and taxi drivers
  • Private car owners
  • City buses, school vans and light goods vehicles
  • E-car and e-3-wheeler owners through charging apps
  • Fleet operators on credit

Your suppliers

  • City gas distribution company (gas, compressor O&M where company-owned)
  • DISCOM (electricity on HT or LT EV tariff)
  • Charger maker or charge-point operator (CPO) platform
  • Compressor and dispenser service contractor

Credit and cash

Walk-in sales are cash, UPI or card. Cash is deposited daily or each shift to the CGD account; commission is paid by the CGD company monthly, often late. Fleet customers get 7-15 day credit on the dealer's own risk. Charging-app collections settle to the station in T+1 to T+7

Little stock money: the gas belongs to the CGD company and its value is deposited daily. Working capital goes into salaries, electricity (where paid by the dealer), fleet credit and waiting for the monthly commission bill
