What this solves

What a granite quarry and block exporter deals with today, and what MatruOS sets up for it

01Today

Importers dispute net cbm or cracks after the blocks reach the port. Permit tonnes, weighbridge slips and dispatched blocks drift apart.

02In MatruOS

MatruOS sets up 10 routines, 2 workflows, 3 registers and 10 licences for a granite quarry and block exporter, with an AI team that reads your own records and prepares the work.

03What changes

The right person is reminded at the right time, approvals wait for whoever decides, and every licence has a renewal reminder. Anything that sends, pays, signs, files or deletes waits for a person's approval.

Where you sit

MatruOS starts from how your business earns

Who you sell to, who you buy from, how credit moves and where you sit in the chain decide how your screens, reminders and reports are set up.

  1. granite quarry
  2. (export) importer and Chinese processor; (domestic) gangsaw unit
  3. slab trader
  4. builder

Your customers

  • Chinese and Gulf importers through buying agents
  • Gangsaw units (Krishnagiri, Hosur, Khammam, Kishangarh)
  • Monument and memorial makers
  • Crushers for rubble

Your suppliers

  • State mines department (lease, seigniorage, transit permits)
  • Diamond wire and drilling suppliers
  • Crane and excavator hire
  • Trailer transporters
  • CHA, shipping lines and port handlers

Credit and cash

Importers pay 20-30% advance and the balance against BL copy, or by LC at sight. Domestic gangsaws pay advance plus 15-45 days. Seigniorage is paid before permits. Transporters and the CHA are paid within 15-30 days (estimate).

Seigniorage, diesel and wages go out before the block is sold. Export cash comes 30-60 days after the block is accepted at the quarry. Blocks unsold for months tie up both capital and seigniorage paid.
